I currently use Kindle on my IPad Pro - simply because it’s easy and I often purchase titles from Book partners for as little as $1.99 when a special promotion is running. I noticed Amazon has has made it easer to copy sections and notes, in my case to Apple Notes (primary note taking app) - like your approach to creating a table of contents prior to reading the book, I will adopt that.

I appreciate the feedback. Kindle certainly makes it easy, but I didn't like how I was tied to them so tightly. Still, they're the most popular for a reason!
